April Currently

Spring Break has officially started and I'm off until the 13th. Which means 9 free days to catch up on lesson plans, create TPT products, laminate new room displays, and visit with family and friends! I'm also enjoying the mild weather which has FINALLY arrived after a long, cold, snowy winter. Evidence that Spring has sprung in the classroom includes our Grassheads, which sprouted like crazy just a few days after we planted the grass seeds...

and our "Spring Similes" hallway bulletin board...

The Spring Simile Writing Craftivity is available at my TPT store.

I'm also hoping to get a mani/pedi and prepare my taxes during Spring Break!

While visiting a friend's house during the winter my cellphone went flying out of my purse, landed on her icy driveway, and cracked. I got the screen fixed and bought a new case, but it's not holding up very well. I'm probably going to get a new case from Otterbox, which lots of people recommended to me, perhaps this one...
Although blue and green are my favorite colors, I'm not sure if I like the green so I might go with the white border instead...

Enjoy Spring Break if you still have yours and happy learning!
